Concessions Lead

Concessions Lead JOB DESCRIPTION; Fall 2023 Part Time: Hours Based on Events Compensation: $17.
00 per hour JOB SUMMARY This position works closely with our Concession Manager in maintaining concessions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for helping the kitchen with inventory management, restocking concession stands before each event, along with cleaning concession stands, equipment, and surrounding areas after events.
Concessions Lead assists in both on and off-site events.
This role requires a self-driven individual who can complete given tasks in a timely manner.
TYPICAL JOB DUTIES Clean and Maintain Concessions Stock Concessions Before events Help with off-site events.
Clean concessions and equipment after events Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma and or prior Prep-Cook experience.
Basic understanding of professional cooking and kitchen equipment handling skills.
This position will spend 100% of the time standing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Must have a commitment to providing quality service.
Ability to take direction.
Ability to perform moderately heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Must have or be able to quickly obtain Food Handlers permit.
