Food & Beverage Supervisor - Nellie's Pool Bar (Seasonal)

Overview: As a supervisor at Nellie's, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and management to Nellie's Pool Bar.
Working closely with the the Restaurant, Bars, & Events (RBE) leadership team, you'll assist in training and providing team oversight.
With a passion for guest service, you'll lead the team in the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As the Supervisor at Nellie's Pool Bar, you may also work shifts and assist in the supervision of the Taste of the Cascades Food Truck.

Monitors Revinate scores, shares with team and ensures service standards are met Provides prompt follow-up to all guest concerns Maintains a safe and pleasant work environment Works closely with purchasing to ensure proper cost control and quality product Recommends discipline and/or termination when appropriate of team members Attends appropriate resort, division and department meetings Resolves guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information Communicates all pertinent information to the outlets team Ensures proper handling, cleaning and sanitation of equipment, china, glass and silver Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and team members at all time Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older Must obtain a Class 12 Mixologist permit within 90 days of beginning employment Current Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of employment Must be able to read, write and speak English Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays At least three years of food and beverage experience preferred Computer literate Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities #SuncadiaResort
