Compensation: $30.
00-$35.
00/hour depending upon experience

First Aid/CPR Instructor-Job Description
Must provide quality customer service.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Respond in a helpful, positive and energetic manner while instructing.
Provide a high quality, informative and positive environment which engages course attendees.
Have a passion for sharing job knowledge and life-saving skills with the public during instruction.
Remain open to change and operate with a willingness to adapt to new work methods, policies and procedures and new teaching/training techniques as they are developed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and interactive First Aid/CPR courses.
Knowledge of and skill in the application of learning techniques to foster a positive learning environment in which the participants learn basic and critical life saving skills.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs.
Must maintain training course paperwork and ensure attention to detail.
Ability to pass Washington State drivers check and pass a drug urinalysis.
Must prep training materials, computer/AV equipment and mannikins based on the level of course being instructed.
Basic knowledge of computers and other technical skills.
Ensure all training equipment is cleaned, decontaminated, and stored correctly after each course.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Ensure courses are conducted in a safe manner, following all guidelines and safety standards.
Education/Experience:
-High school graduate or GED
-Medical experience or background is preferred but not required.
-Ability to interpret company policies and procedures and apply them in specific situations.
-Ability to work well with others as well as independently and problem-solve.
-Experience instructing and creating engaging classroom behavior to effectively train others.
-Preferred but not required: ability to teach classes in both English and Spanish.
Licenses/Certifications:
-Maintain/Possess current Washington State driver?s license.
