As Store Leader, you are the General Manager of a single location.
You'll complete the same tasks as your Team Members, while also being responsible for the successful overall performance and operations of your store.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and assisting in the selection of talented employees
* Leading a strong teamwork and customer service culture
* Meeting and exceeding cleanliness standards
* Inventory management
* Other responsibilities as required to operate a successful location as deemed by owner.
* Tasks include but are not limited to maintaining equipment in impeccable condition, posting accurate schedules timely, placing accurate orders timely, developing and executing successful cleaning routines, delivering and receiving feedback regularly, and any other tasks necessary to operate the store.
Store Leaders will work both independently and alongside their teammates to ensure successful daily operations.
Each day includes frequent customer interactions, cleaning/maintaining machines, preparing food, accurate record-keeping, and working with the location teammates to constantly improve the location's performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
