Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, and educating patients about their conditions and treatment plans.

Assessing and monitoring patient conditions 2.
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed 3.
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members 4.
Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans 5.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records 6.
Responding to emergencies and providing patient care as needed 7.
Ensuring patient safety and comfort 8.
Working with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care 9.
Participating in quality improvement initiatives 10.
Adhering to hospital policies and procedures 11.
Providing emotional support to patients and families 12.
Assisting with discharge planning 13.
Performing clinical procedures as needed 14.
Participating in ongoing education and training 15.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualifications and Skills: 1.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice 2.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 3.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting 4.
BLS and ACLS certification 5.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills 6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 7.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 8.
Proficiency in electronic medical record systems 9.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment 10.
Compassion and empathy for patients and their families 11.
Strong organizational and time management skills 12.
