Job Title : CVOR RN (13 Weeks)
Locations : Wenatchee, WA 98801
Facility Name : Confluence Health Hospital - Central Campus
Shift : Day shift, 12-hour shifts,7:00 am - 7:30 pm (36 hrs)
Requirements : BLS(AHA), WA RN state license and COVID Card
Experience : 2 years' operating room experience plus a minimum of one-year CVOR RN.
*Duties:*
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and changes in status
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as laboratory work and imaging studies
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by physicians
- Perform wound care and dressings as needed
- Monitor vital signs and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $70.
