We are looking for the next Fabricator in our East Wenatchee, WA shop who is hungry to get the job done and exceed the expectations of our customers in the Pacific Northwest

Who you are: You will have crazy good fabrication skills, a desire to take your craft to the next level using all of the tools and equipment you’ve always wanted, and the ability to take what you see on design prints come to life.
Posted Position: This Fabrication role is critical for Van Doren to support our customers and to maintain our position as the market leader.
On a daily basis you will be working with your hands fabricating parts, assemblies, and equipment for fruit processing and conveyance.
To be successful in the role, this person must be self-driven, motivated and able to follow detailed instructions.
In this position, you report directly to the Production Manager.

Requirements for this position:
• Experience in welding, metal assembly, print reading, and measuring
• Positive attitude and willingness to work alone or in a team setting
• Self-motivated and driven to always improve your craft
• A solid work-ethic
Preferred skills:
• Have a strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechanical systems preferably in the fresh fruit and vegetable processing industry
• Basic computer skills
