This is a great opportunity for the right person! As our Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Scheduler, you will be overlooking daily operations for our Excavation and Land Development company within our office located in Cle Elum, WA.
The Office Manager works in concert with other off-location office staff and reports daily to the COO.
Must be dependable, hard-working, efficient, and excel in customer service.

These attributes are important due to this role being alone in the office or having minimal direct interaction with other staff.
QuickBooks Online experience and previous construction experience would be most beneficial!
Role will include but is not limited to: dispatch & scheduling of crews, basic accounting (accounts payable and receivable, job costing), equipment management, project and materials sourcing, customer and vendor management, and office upkeep.
Position Needs –
• QuickBooks (preferably Online) experience preferred
• Bookkeeping experience necessary
• Basic Microsoft Office experience necessary
• Background in a construction industry preferred
• Dispatch or scheduling experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.
00 - $34.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
