Estimator

*Job Responsibilities:* * Meet new customers who have had fire, water, or wind damage to their home or business and estimate the cost to repair their property to a pre-loss condition.
* Negotiate the cost and scope of work with an insurance adjuster or customer.
* Keep the customer and involved parties informed during the estimate process.
* Assist customers in signing contracts, project documents and change orders.
* Work with team members to meet goals and timelines of the company.
* Show good decision making and leadership skills.
* Work in collaboration with project management team to capture all job costs related to each project.
* Maintain accurate records/paperwork.
* Facilitate and participate in weekly job reviews.
*Qualifications:* * Extremely proficient in MS Office * Previous construction experience.
* Experience in sales, budgeting and planning of construction projects.
* Previous restoration experience is a plus.
* Must be personal, have a competitive drive, and committed to excellence.
* Self starters who take initiative thrive in this position.
*Education:* * High School equivalent or higher, 2 years minimum construction experience.
Basic-advanced knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $75,000.
