Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team.
As a Painting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Painting projects from start to finish.
Your role will involve supervising a team of workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating project timelines and resources.
Duties: - Manage and supervise painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Coordinate with customers, employees, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management - Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process - Collaborate with the construction management team to develop project plans and schedules - Utilize construction management software, such as Contactor Foreman , to track project milestones and resources - Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications Experience: - Proven experience in managing a painting company or a related field - Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction techniques, and building codes - Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Contractor Foreman - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated individual with a passion for painting, coatings & construction management and possess the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this position.
