Pacific Aerospace & Electronics based in Wenatchee, WA is looking for entry level production employees to join our day shift team.
Depending on the Production department, day shift falls into one of two schedules.
M-F from 6am to 2:30pm or a 4x10 schedule working M-Th from 4am to 2:30pm.
A production role at PA&E includes on-the-job-training in the highly skilled field of electronics assembly.
Parts that we make are hermetically sealed electronic components that go everywhere around the world, from outer space to the human body!

Pay starts at $17.

No experience required! We are looking for hard-working and eager individuals with attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with all employees.
Willing to adapt work schedule to company needs.
Attendance / Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time.
Demonstrate the ability to accurately and efficiently use applicable measuring tools such as, but not limited to Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gage.
Demonstrate a basic ability to read and comprehend drawings and other applicable documentation.
Perform the following assembly functions:
Proficient usage of microscope.
Ability to learn and use applicable area equipment.
Must be able to install hardware of different variations.
Must have the ability to work in harsh environments.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by area Senior I or Senior II.
Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements.
Report hazardous observations to Management personnel.
Follow daily clean up and housekeeping procedures.
Comply with all quality, safety, and work related rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Have a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Degree
Be available to train on Day shift 5x8 (M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm) for 1 - 2 months
Have good hand/eye coordination and be willing to learn to work with a microscope for extended periods of time
Read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language
Be able to follow instructions, retain information, and have legible handwriting
Be willing to work with hazardous chemicals after learning proper safety procedures and while wearing PPE
Be a self-starter and seek out additional duties
Be punctual and strive for perfect attendance
