*Who are we looking for?* Welch Comer Engineers seeks a full-time Transportation Project Manager for our growing Spokane office that will be a key leader in assisting with project and staff management, as well as client management and growth.

license within 6 months * 10+ years of transportation engineering experience, preferably with municipal clients * 2+ years demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, projects and clients * Strong design skills focused primarily in transportation-related disciplines including signal design, geometrics, stormwater, and grading.
